456jl retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including regulatory compliance and legal obligation periods. The following general retention principles apply:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with 456jl plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC & Identity Documents: Retained for the period required by PAGCOR compliance rules, typically five (5) years following the end of the customer relationship.
• Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each interaction, or longer if the communication relates to a dispute or regulatory matter.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw consent or for two (2) years of inactivity, whichever is earlier.

When retention periods expire, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be attributed to an individual. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the resulting aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.

456jl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the 456jl Platform is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). This applies to the login process, financial transactions, and all Platform pages.
• Password Hashing: Account passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes. 456jl staff cannot view your plain-text password, and passwords are never transmitted in plain text.

The 456jl Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online casino gambling. 456jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

Age verification is a mandatory step in the 456jl account registration process. Players must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification confirming they meet the minimum age requirement before real-money features are enabled. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any balance returned to the registered payment method, minus any winnings, which will be forfeited.

456jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, Platform features, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the Platform or, where practicable, by notification to the email or mobile number associated with your account.

The Effective Date at the top of this document indicates when the current version of the Policy took effect. Your continued use of the 456jl Platform after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through the support team.
